Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ardeur Enterprises LLC ("Ardeur Enterprises," "we," "us") handles information in connection with LotPilot, our internal business management application. LotPilot is used internally to operate Ardeur Enterprises LLC's liquidation and resale business and is not offered as a product or service to the public.
Who this policy covers
LotPilot is used by Ardeur Enterprises LLC personnel to manage the company's own inventory, sales, expenses, customer records, and banking activity. This policy describes how information — including financial account and transaction data — is collected and used in that context.
Information we collect
- Business records. Information entered into LotPilot to run the business, including inventory records, sales and order records, expense records, and customer information related to sales.
- Financial account and transaction data. When a bank or credit-card account is connected through Plaid, LotPilot retrieves transaction data for that account, along with the account-identifying information necessary to establish and maintain the connection. LotPilot does not currently request account balances or other Plaid data beyond this.
- Contact information. Information submitted through the contact details on this website, such as an email address, when someone reaches out to us directly.
How we use financial data from Plaid
Financial account and transaction data retrieved through Plaid is used solely to:
- Display connected account and transaction activity within LotPilot;
- Categorize transactions; and
- Reconcile transactions against Ardeur Enterprises LLC's internal business records (inventory, sales, and expense data).
Only accounts authorized for connection to LotPilot and used for Ardeur Enterprises LLC's business financial management are connected through Plaid. LotPilot does not connect to personal consumer accounts unrelated to the business, and financial data is not used for any purpose beyond internal review, categorization, and reconciliation described above.
What we do not do
- We do not sell financial account or transaction data.
- We do not use financial data obtained through Plaid for advertising or marketing purposes.
- We do not offer consumer banking, lending, payment-processing, or investment services through LotPilot.
How financial connections work
LotPilot uses Plaid, a third-party financial data connectivity service, to establish and maintain the connection to authorized bank and credit-card accounts. When an account is linked, Plaid facilitates the transfer of transaction data, along with the account-identifying information necessary to maintain the connection, to LotPilot. Plaid's own handling of data in connection with that service is governed by Plaid's privacy policy and terms, which are separate from this one.
A connected account can be disconnected at any time by Ardeur Enterprises LLC, which stops further retrieval of data for that account through Plaid.
Data security
We take reasonable measures intended to protect information handled within LotPilot from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to LotPilot and the financial data within it is limited to authorized Ardeur Enterprises LLC personnel.
Data retention and deletion
We retain business and financial records within LotPilot for as long as needed for Ardeur Enterprises LLC's internal accounting, reconciliation, and business record-keeping purposes. We have not adopted a fixed retention schedule or automated deletion timeline for this data.
Inquiries or requests concerning stored data, including questions about retention or deletion, may be submitted through the contact information below and will be handled as applicable.
